Requirements & Responsibilities:
1. Experience: Minimum 15 years total experience, with at least 5 years in Dubai. Candidate must provide details of where they worked during those 5 years.
2. Workflow Management: Ensure all jobs are completed and closed on the same day, from vehicle reception to final delivery, with strict adherence to timelines.
3. Time Management: Effectively manage and organize working hours across all operational areas.
4. Department Coordination: Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all divisions, including:
Paint
Carbon
Denting
Maintenance
PPF (Paint Protection Film)
Detailing
Each division has its own supervisor; the Operations Workshop Manager must coordinate and manage them collectively to ensure smooth operations.
5. Salary: AED 10,000 - 15,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
