Operations Team Member

About the Role
You will report directly to the
Warehouse Team Supervisor
and be part of the
picking team
, with a focus on
order preparation
, especially for
self-collection orders
.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Focusing on self-collection order fulfillment
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse
Supporting other warehouse functions as needed
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum criteria:
Minimum
2 years of warehouse experience
, preferably in the
pet industry
Comfortable around animals
(including dogs, cats, birds, and exotic animals)
Excellent English communication skills
(Arabic is a plus)
Strong
computer skills
, including Microsoft Office applications
Basic knowledge
of different types of pets and their needs
A reliable
team player
with strong interpersonal skills
Organized, self-motivated
, and able to work independently
Able to
work well under pressure
and meet deadlines
Valid
Manual Driving License
Valid
Forklift Driving License
