This is a key role for leading all operations activities of the business including, HES, Lean, Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics & Facilities..
Reporting to the Customers Service Manager in this role you will be responsible for the output of the business, ensuring that products are shipped on time to customers request exceeding Rotork and Rotork customers' expectation. Inventory management, exceedingly where possible targeted KPI targets. Manage third party suppliers with support of the GSS team ensuring component part delivery and quality meet Rotork expectation, where required supplier assessments to be completed.
In this role you will provide feedback to the Manager on eventual issue affecting the output that cannot be resolved autonomously. Manage visible controls such SQDCP boards, 5S, housekeeping standards, holidays. Set individuals within team SMART objectives in line with Rotork focus goals and ambition, ensure that the team is adequately trained to meet its objectives, support and develop teamwork, investigate and respond to minor accidents and NCRs.
This role would suit a determined problem-solver, who can think logically, optimize inventory levels consistent with KPI targets driven.
