Currently we are looking for an Operations Team Leader who will coordinate implementation of Operations strategy and plans to deliver flow of goods and information across the customer\xe2\x80\x99s global supply chain, maximizing profitability and optimizing utilization of business and human assets in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies. Ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders. Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results

Your task will be:
- Oversees operational processes and ensures continuous improvement to deliver maximum productivity and profitability
- Organizes the tasks within the group assigned to him in close coordination with the Head of Operations
- Acts as subject matter expert for Operations questions
- Coordinates all operational processes (export, import and customs activities) and compliance with regulations and internal procedures
- Ensures teams are meeting customer requirements and takes corrective action when requirements are not met
- Establishes and maintains relationships with customers and suppliers
- Continuous review of supplier performance and development of improvement plans
- Supports the proper implementation of new business
- Controls the interfaces with product and customer service
- Determines the training needs to develop a department
Your profile should look like:
- Completed training as a clerk for forwarding and logistics services
- Extensive knowledge of Logistics Supply Chain
- Very good administrative skills
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Good IT and PC skills (MS Office, etc.)
- Result-oriented work, ability to work in a team, resilience, flexibility, organizational talent
- Achievement oriented
