You will lead a technical operations team, manage incident response, optimize performance, and ensure system availability. This is a leadership role that combines technical excellence with strategic operational management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the TASMU Platform to ensure high availability and performance.
Lead and mentor a team of cloud operations and support engineers.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on
Azure and Google Cloud
.
Implement and manage
incident, problem, and change management
processes (ITIL-based).
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to maintain data integrity and platform security.
Conduct
capacity planning
and ensure scalability for future growth.
Coordinate with
vendors and technology partners
for seamless integrations.
Develop and maintain
disaster recovery and business continuity
plans.
Track and manage the operations budget, costs, and forecasts.
Generate and present performance reports and KPIs using
Power BI and Azure Monitor
.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum
5 years of experience
in
technical operations management
, preferably in
cloud-based environments
.
Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Azure
and/or
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
.
Strong understanding of
DevOps principles
,
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
, and
cloud cost management
.
Familiarity with
monitoring tools
such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Microsoft Sentinel.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and problem-solving
skills.
Certifications such as
Azure Solutions Architect Expert

GCP Cloud Architect
, or
ITIL
are preferred.
