Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the TASMU Platform, ensuring uptime, reliability, and performance.
Monitor and optimize resources across
Azure
and
Google Cloud
environments.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor the operations and support team, promoting collaboration and technical excellence.
Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure smooth integration and support.
Incident & Security Management
Develop and manage
incident response
and
disaster recovery
procedures.
Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
Performance & Optimization
Monitor system health, capacity, and performance metrics.
Drive
process automation
and operational efficiency improvements.
Reporting & Governance
Prepare performance dashboards and reports using
Power BI
and Azure tools.
Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization.
Support ITIL best practices and service management standards.

Cloud Operations & Observability:
