Operations Supervisor - Vegetables & Fruits Trading

We are looking for an experienced

Operations Supervisor

to support our main Operations Supervisor and act as the point of contact for operational matters across compliance and other departments. This role is key to ensuring smooth store operations and efficient coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Operations Supervisor in managing day-to-day operations of the store Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment in line with delivery schedules and customer requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Procurement, Logistics, Suppliers and Warehouse to ensure seamless and efficient operations. Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to operational activities, performance metrics and compliance requirements. Liaise with compliance and internal teams on operational matters Ensure store processes are followed efficiently

Requirements:

Proven experience in fresh produce or FMCG operations, preferably in a similar supervisory role Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control Experience in supplier and logistics coordination Basic reporting and documentation skills Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership of operational tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
