Operations Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate operational activities on-site and in the office.
Plan and allocate resources for heavy lift and transportation projects.
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare operational reports and documentation.
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
Lead and mentor operational staff.
Qualifications:
Prior UAE experience in Heavy Lift & Transportation industry.
Proven track record in operations management or supervision.
Strong knowledge of heavy lift equipment and transportation logistics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Relevant certifications in safety and heavy lift operations preferred.
