Job Description
We are looking for a
dynamic and experienced Operations Supervisor
to join our medical center.Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in medical center/hospital operationsStrong knowledge of MOH regulations
, audits, and compliance Proven ability to support business growth by improving efficiency, increasing patient conversion, and optimizing clinic utilization Experience inday-to-day operations
, staff coordination, scheduling, and workflow management Ability to handleinsurance coordination, patient flow, and vendor management
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills UAE experience ismandatory
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning Ensure compliance with
MOH policies and standards
