Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operational tasks
Supervise riders and drivers to ensure schedule compliance
Coordinate with clients for daily requirements and updates
Monitor delivery performance, route planning, and SLA adherence
Resolve operational issues and support process improvements
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in operations or logistics (UAE experience is an advantage)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of last-mile delivery operations
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Immediate joiners will be given priority

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
