Key Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, and manage staff (locally in Bahrain or internationally). Maintain and optimize daily work schedules to ensure operational efficiency. Handle administrative tasks, including LMRA compliance, GOSI registration, and other government-related processes. Ensure flexibility in working hours to meet business needs. Requirements: Driving license an advantage Valid transferable visa (mandatory). Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning or service industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Familiarity with Bahrain labor regulations (LMRA, GOSI, etc.). Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
