Operations Supervisor - Home Healthcare

to oversee and streamline daily operational activities, ensuring seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Home Healthcare services. Ensure effective scheduling and deployment of nurses, caregivers, and medical staff. Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, and adherence to clinical and operational standards. Coordinate with medical, nursing, billing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, internal policies, and quality standards. Handle operational issues, escalations, and patient concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and staff attendance. Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of home healthcare staff. Assist management in process improvements and cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of experience

in healthcare operations, preferably in Home Healthcare settings. Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and UAE healthcare compliance requirements. Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage teams, multitask, and work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and healthcare management systems. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
