Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall operation of products, including strategy formulation, execution, supervision, and analysis, and for achieving product KPIs.

2. Conduct data analysis of the product, identify market trends, and adjust operational strategies and product optimization based on data performance.

3. Develop differentiated operational strategies against competitors and take full responsibility for achieving online operational goals.

4. Monitor market changes and continuously research, analyze, and summarize competitive products.

5. Oversee all functional modules of our product operations, coordinate internal and external resources, and achieve targets for new users, retention, and revenue at all stages after the launch

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in both Chinese and English, with 3-5 years of experience in operations (successful projects with revenue over 10 million RMB preferred).

2. Proficient in Google, Facebook, and global app market product promotion and operation processes. Strong data analysis skills and deep understanding of user acquisition.

3. Familiar with products and player behavior, able to keenly identify and capture market trends. Must possess innovative thinking, strong passion, and resilience under pressure. Strong management awareness and methods are required.

4. Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and product optimization skills. Skilled in collecting and analyzing operational data to timely adjust operational strategies.

Work Location: Dubai
