Job Responsibilities

Supervise carpentry & delivery staff on a day-to-day basis. Handle attendance, discipline, and staff behavior issues. Ensure carpentry work quality, provide training and support as needed. Coordinate with drivers & helpers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Resolve daily operational problems (staff absences, urgent deliveries, customer issues). Conduct quality checks at delivery sites and guide the team. Maintain vehicles and delivery schedules efficiently. Report directly to management with updates on team performance.
Requirements

3-5 years of carpentry experience (furniture assembly or on-site work). Valid UAE driving license (LIGHT VEHICLE MANUAL Truck license strongly preferred). Prior supervisory experience in carpentry or transport/logistics. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate in Hindi/Urdu + basic English (Arabic is a plus). Knowledge of UAE routes and delivery procedures. Flexible to work both on-site with the team and in office for coordination.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
