Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities at project sites.
Oversee staff schedules, work assignments, and performance to ensure efficiency.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Monitor logistics, resource allocation, and service delivery to meet operational targets.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments for manpower, facility, and support requirements.
Identify and resolve operational challenges, taking corrective actions where necessary.
Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
Ensure high standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Operation Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or in a similar role, preferably in the similar business.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a workforce in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in
construction, logistics, or facility management sectors
will be an advantage.
