Conduct regular inspections of the clinic to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Skills
Health care experience is mandatory.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and train the employees effectively.
