(Female Only) with a solid background in the automotive industry to oversee daily operations, improve performance, and ensure that our logistics, service, and inventory processes run efficiently. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, results-driven, and capable of leading cross-functional teams to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations including vehicle procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer delivery.
Lead and coordinate teams across service, sales, logistics, and admin departments.
Monitor and improve operational performance metrics, including efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when necessary.
Ensure compliance with automotive regulations, health & safety standards, and internal policies.
Report directly to executive leadership with performance metrics and improvement plans.
Drive cost-efficiency while maintaining high services.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor, ideally in the automotive or transportation industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Solid knowledge of operational best practices in vehicle inventory, logistics, and service.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and business management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Fluency in both
Arabic and English
is mandatory.
