Operations Supervisor
to oversee and manage all day-to-day operational activities of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities across all properties.
Schedule and monitor daily tasks including check-ins, check-outs, and apartment turnovers.
Oversee the cleaning schedules and ensure apartments meet the highest hospitality standards.
Manage regular and emergency maintenance needs across all units.
Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, and maintenance teams.
Track inventory of essential supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Handle guest concerns or operational issues promptly and efficiently.
Prepare daily/weekly operations reports and suggest improvements.
Ensure smooth communication between different departments and staff.
Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License -
Must
Previous experience in operations or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or vacation rental industry.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Good communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi is a plus).
Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays if required.
