Job Summary: The Operations Supervisor in the Food & Beverage department ensures the smooth daily operation
of outlets, maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction. The role involves supervising and
supporting staff, monitoring workflow, managing inventory, assisting with reporting, and ensuring compliance with
hygiene and safety regulations. The Operations Supervisor also supports process improvements, operational
efficiency, and special events execution while maintaining records and assisting management with operational
decision-making.
Essential Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and support training on service standards and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations in all operational areas.
Track inventory levels, assist in stock control, and verify deliveries.
Support scheduling and coordination of staff shifts to meet operational needs.
Assist in preparing daily operational reports, including sales, wastage, and labor cost tracking.
Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints promptly, and maintain service quality.
Implement operational processes to improve efficiency and maintain high standards.
Maintain records of operational activities, stock movements, and staff performance.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth procurement and supplies.
Support special events, promotions, and other operational initiatives as directed.
Other Responsibilities:
Participate in cross-functional projects or initiatives.
Support management in problem-solving and operational decision-making.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all operations matters.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
