Job Description
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage staff and support overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the assigned department or facility. Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching or training when necessary. Maintain high standards of customer service and address client concerns effectively. Monitor inventory, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and achieve operational goals. Prepare reports on operational performance, staff productivity, and compliance. Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members. Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in operations or supervisory roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools.
