The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for managing day to day cargo operations, coordinating freighter and flights, ensuring customer service excellence, and enhancing overall customer experience in cargo operations.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency across all functions.
Ensure compliance in line with SLAs and SOPs.
Ensure coordination for all Freighter and Flight
Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary.
Manage and lead operational staff effectively.
Implement operational policies and procedures.
Communicating with executives and upper management regularly
Collaborate with executives and creating operational policies and procedures
Overlooking the daily operational functions
Suggesting improvements needed in different operations
Maintaining a healthy relationship with GHA and other stakeholders
Making sure the compliance with laws and regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a Operation supervisor role 3 to 5 years, preferably within the cargo, logistics, or aviation sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in reservation and cargo management systems. Attention to detail and a commitment to timely service delivery. Team player with a customer-first mindset.
