Prepare and manage operations budgets with the Head of Operations and Event Director.
Track and control costs, maintaining the budget tracker and PO System.
Ensure Event Health & Safety is a top priority.
Adhere to e-Guide and venue technical regulations.
Create and manage the Event H&S file, including risk assessments and other relevant documents.
Communicate effectively with exhibitors, contractors, show teams, and venues.
Negotiate and place contracts with contractors in collaboration with the Head of Operations.
Monitor contractor performance within agreed terms.
Write Design Briefs to meet show objectives, budgets, service levels, and timelines.
Manage the floorplan to maximise yield.
Oversee the creation and distribution of the Exhibitor Manual.
Prioritise sustainable options for events.
Perform necessary administrative tasks.
