- Manage and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained
- Implement quality control measures to meet company standards
- Handle multiple units simultaneously while ensuring efficiency
- Supervise both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) operations
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Make critical decisions to resolve operational issues
- Work in a fast-paced environment that values efficiency and quick decision-making
- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of practical experience in a leadership role as an Operations Supervisor.
