Job Responsibilities:
- Control and analysis of the main operational KPIs related to the performance of our partners. Suggestion of actions/projects to improve them.
- Identification of opportunities based on data analysis.
- Process analysis and reengineering to achieve operational excellence for our partners.
- Generate dashboards that allow the identification of insights and the monitoring of the evolution of KPIs.
- Construction of strategies to achieve objectives related to the improvement in the operation.
Job Requirements:
- Generate work tables with other areas in order to carry out the necessary adjustments or projects for QC.
- Participate in new implementations and projects that can enhance verticals.
- Build effective communication channels with different stakeholders of the company for the execution of projects, giving visibility to their corresponding impact.
- Advanced students and/or graduates in Engineering, Economic Sciences and/or related careers. (Exclusive)
- Minimum experience of 1 year in positions that require analysis of large volumes of data (Exclusive)
- Good command of Excel (Exclusive)
