Manage daily CRM operations, including account opening, review, IB hierarchy setup, rebate configuration, and maintenance.
Coordinate with Finance, Customer Service, and IT departments to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient processes for deposits, withdrawals, rebate disbursements, and internal fund transfers.
Monitor client accounts and trading activities to identify potential risks or irregular behavior, and work closely with the Risk team for timely resolution.
Utilize operational tools such as Excel, JIRA, or other workflow management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal manuals, and system guides to support process optimization and consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in the Forex, CFD, brokerage, or payment industry preferred.
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Brokeree, Arena, UpTrader) and familiar with MetaTrader 4/5 backend configuration logic.
Strong understanding of IB structures, rebate hierarchies, and rebate calculation formulas.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (Chinese)
o(Preferred) Experience in financial reporting, rebate settlement, or fund reconciliation.
