driven Operations Specialist

to support our day-to-day operations and help elevate our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the operational backbone of the business, ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer and partner experience. Responsibilities include:

Assign and schedule customer bookings to service partners and cleaners based on performance, availability, and location. Monitor and improve daily operational workflows, introducing new processes and optimizing existing ones. Ensure quality standards are consistently met across all service jobs. Manage partner and cleaner performance, schedules, and service ratings. Communicate with partners to coordinate bookings and share best practices. Handle escalations and customer complaints alongside partner teams. Train and onboard partners to ensure strong service delivery and brand representation. Manage daily cash flow settlements with vendors and partners. Track and report daily operational KPIs, including performance dashboards and service metrics.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving real operational challenges:

2-3 years of professional experience in operations, customer service, marketplace operations, facility management, or hospitality. Experience in home services / cleaning / maintenance or similar on-ground operational roles is a strong plus. Bachelor's degree preferred. Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and confident working with data and performance metrics. Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented. Strong communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders. Experience training or managing third-party teams is advantageous. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus. Hands-on mindset -- willing to roll up your sleeves and solve problems in real time.
