Job Description

Operations specialists are responsible for performing operations functions as per SOP and ensuring transactions are processed within TAT and SLAs are adhered to. Further, they should assist the Operations Lead in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities and recommend new procedures to increase the efficiency of day-to-day operations.

Job duties and responsibilities:

Onboarding of new clients by performing KYC checks Prepare the credit facility documents. Verification of trade transaction documents and advising the discrepancies to the client. Perform transactions in the loan management system and banking portal. Follow-up with clients on discrepancies while maintaining Client Relationship and adhering to group standards in client servicing. Daily reconciliation of respective General Ledgers and provide proper justification on all outstanding items. Preparation of MIS reports. Responsible for Client Account Management, which include: Solving Client queries Report any deteriorations noticed in client accounts Execute the dunning activities to minimise overdue Imparting product knowledge to Clients User Acceptance Testing for products handled by the operations Timely reporting and following up of IT issues, including access to system, new products, BI Reports etc. Ensure safe custody of customer and collateral documents. Handle archival of customer documents and security items.

Required qualifications:

Experience: Min. 1 year of Corporate Banking Operations or Fintech experience or Trade Operations experience

Degree in Business Administration or Finance from a recognized University

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software

Excellent proficiency in English

Proficiency in modelling / spreadsheets (Excel)

Detail-oriented

Ability to work effectively with others, especially senior management

Strong work discipline & ability to work under pressure

Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
