Operations Security Supervisor

Job Description
Candidate must have:
- Must hold a visit/cancellation visa
- Valid Sira Supervisor Certificate preferred
- Valid UAE driving license No. 3
- Minimum High school or equivalent
- Good communication skills in English.
- Other Languages is a plus Arabic/Hindi/Urdu
- Ensure every officer is fully trained on the site he/she is to be deployed on prior to giving duty
- To be flexible in approach and provide support and assistant to the operations team
- To build a report with guards to ensure they are working on sites and conducting duties as per instruction.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- SIRA Certificate for Supervisor (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
