Job Title: Operations Officer

Requirements:
Arab nationality only Minimum 3 years of experience in delivery or logistics companies Strong experience with delivery management systems and software Strong leadership personality with high ability to manage teams and make decisions Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Ability to manage drivers and organize daily delivery schedules Strong coordination and time-management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience in the Qatar market is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily delivery operations Directly supervise drivers and operations teams Monitor performance and ensure compliance with quality standards Prepare and submit operational reports to management Handle operational issues and emergency cases promptly and decisively
