Oversee all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including evaluating resumes and interviewing candidates across various stages of our hiring funnel
Establish systematic workflows for recruitment and manage logistical processes, such as talent acquisition, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to develop recruitment strategies and report key metrics as per the organization's hiring needs
Assist the HR department with maintaining the candidate information database containing portfolios, assessments, and feedback statuses
Monitor ongoing hiring processes and ensure timely updates to help the company improve internal communications and candidate experience
Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure job descriptions, listings, and other recruitment materials are up-to-date and accurate
Manage the talent pool for a new position by implementing applicant tracking systems that help organize, categorize, and filter candidates.
5+ years of experience working as a Recruitment Manager in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a similar field
Familiarity with HR practices and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with various recruitment channels and social media groups
Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills .Preferred fluent in English & Hindi.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
