Are you an experienced and motivated Operations Manager looking for a new opportunity in Pest Control? We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to oversee our daily service operations, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to service schedules, company policies, and quality standards, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of daily services. Introduce best industrial practices and techniques to optimize operations and enhance productivity. Collaborate closely with the commercial and sales teams to support project costing, and contract renewals, and provide technical assistance. Monitor and analyze monthly reports on fuel, maintenance, chemicals consumption, site inspections, and complaints, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Maintain compliance with operational and HSE standards, promoting a safe working environment. Develop and implement effective customer service systems to address and resolve customer complaints. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to ensure positive feedback and long-term partnerships. Take responsibility for the P&L of the division, including budget preparation and variance analysis. Support the professional development of team members through regular training and skill acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Science, Agriculture, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the field of public health. Strong managerial and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage operational costs effectively. Excellent financial management skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in verbal and written ENGLISH & ARABIC Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Proficiency in time management, delegation, and problem-solving. Familiarity with ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES & PEST MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY practices is advantageous.
