- Daily operational management for appointing staff to locations.
- Accountability of staff
- People Management \xe2\x80\x93 Managing our groups and clients
- Maintaining attendance of staff
- Manage and Coordinate Team at the clients site
- Coordinating with client and our team to ensure that end result is achieved with success.
- Have good inter personal skills
- Must be flexible within the team
- Setting & confirming appointments
- Managing Staff documents and details.
- Managing Office Errands
Skills and Experience required:
- Basic computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Outlook
- Candidates must have good knowledge of data handling
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good phone manners
- Excellent team player
