Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage all manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
Lead the production team to ensure timely delivery of quality fasteners.
Monitor production schedules, machine utilization, and labor efficiency.
Implement process improvements to reduce downtime, material waste, and operational costs.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, HSE compliance, and company procedures.
Oversee raw material planning, inventory control, and coordination with the warehouse and procurement teams.
Collaborate with QA/QC, maintenance, and dispatch departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Lead and train operational staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
Requirements
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a manufacturing operations role, preferably in the fastener or metal works industry.
Strong understanding of production planning, resource management, and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and production tracking tools.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
Engineering or technical background is preferred.
