versee all aspects of operation and projects ordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Alumjnum Systems and profiles, planning, resource management, and quality assurance. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations.
Plan and schedule construction activities ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
Coordinate with procurement, engineers, subcontractors, and main contractors.
Monitor material status, shop drawings, long-lead items, and builder work provisions.
Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with approved drawings and authority regulations.
Track and report project progress, risks, manpower, and material status.
Ensure all safety and HSE regulations are adhered to on-site.
Review and approve coordination drawings and mock-ups prior to execution.
Oversee the preparation and submission of as-built drawings and close-out documentation.
Prevent unauthorized scope changes and ensure timely client approvals.
Lead team meetings focused on quality, coordination, and issue resolution
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management.
Strong understanding of Aluminum systems and safety regulations in the UAE.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
