The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Management of banking operations including account opening, maintenance, and closure ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead and coordinate automation initiatives.
- Oversee and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and identifying root causes and implementing improvements in processes to enhance service delivery.
- Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain strong system controls to safeguard the operations environment.
- Handle internal, external and regulatory audits.
- Bachelors Degree. An MBA is a plus.
- Must have proven experience as an Operations Manager within the Banking/Financial Services industry in the UAE.
- Experience in Handling Banking operations in a centralized environment.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
