Would you like to take full ownership of a business unit in the UAE's fast-paced oil & gas sector? At OCA Global UAE, we're looking for a hands-on leader to drive performance, lead teams and create lasting impact in our Industrial Division.

What will your mission be?

Lead day-to-day operations

to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of inspection and testing services aligned with client and industry standards.

Manage key client relationships

across major EPC contractors, operators, and vendors, ensuring long-term satisfaction and collaboration.

Develop and implement strategies

to meet performance objectives, KPIs, and quality benchmarks.

Oversee team performance

, allocate resources, and manage schedules to maximize operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance

with ISO 17020, HSE regulations, and client-specific requirements.

Own the P&L

, create budgets and forecasts, and report on financial and operational performance.

Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals

, ensuring alignment with client needs and OCA Global's positioning.

Support business development efforts

, including tenders and market expansion strategies.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred. 5+ years of experience in operations or management roles within TIC services for the oil & gas industry in the UAE. Strong knowledge of vendor inspection, QA/QC processes, and standards (ASME, API, AWS, ISO Demonstrated financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership. Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is essential (Arabic is a plus). Valid UAE driving license preferred.
