Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Operations Manager
with a strong background intensile structures, tents, and shading systems
. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth coordination between design, fabrication, and installation teams, and maintain project quality, safety, and timelines.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee all operational activities related to shading and tent projects. Manage and coordinate between design, production, procurement, and installation teams. Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Monitor factory production and site installation progress to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Control project costs and optimize resource utilization. Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal departments. Lead, train, and motivate site and factory teams to achieve operational goals. Prepare operational reports and provide management updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Civil / Mechanical preferred). Minimum
5-7 years of experience
intents, shades, or tensile structure projects
within the UAE or GCC. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of materials (steel, aluminum, PVC, HDPE, PTFE, etc.). Valid UAE driving license preferred.Job Type: Full-time
