Position Objective

To support the Operations Department by managing backend restaurant operations in the UK and coordinating ordering, maintenance, and logistics for Dubai.

This role ensures all operational systems run smoothly -- from supplier ordering and factory coordination to maintenance tracking -- supporting both regions to deliver consistent, high-quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

1. UK Backend Operations Support

Manage the ordering system for all UK restaurants -- ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost control. Cross-check site orders, deliveries, and supplier invoices for errors. Maintain accurate supplier details, product lists, and price tracking within MarketMan or equivalent platforms. Support the UK factory and operations team with weekly production schedules and order forecasts. Flag discrepancies or system issues to the Operations Director immediately.
2. Dubai Ordering & Supply Coordination

Manage Dubai's full ordering process -- from supplier communication to stock control. Liaise with the UK factory and logistics partners for shipments to Dubai. Coordinate with Dubai site managers for stock forecasts, waste tracking, and delivery accuracy. Prepare Dubai operational performance reports weekly for review.
3. Maintenance Management

Oversee the Maintenance Log for both UK and Dubai restaurants, ensuring all repair and service requests are logged, tracked, and completed on time. Coordinate with Area Managers and site teams to ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed. Liaise with external contractors to ensure maintenance is completed to a high operational standard. Review maintenance quality post-completion and record vendor performance. Report maintenance costs, frequency, and unresolved issues weekly to the Operations Director.
4. Data & Systems Tracking

Maintain up-to-date data across Asana, MarketMan, and Tenzo. Track operational KPIs such as food cost %, waste %, and supplier accuracy. Produce weekly and monthly summary reports for Operations leadership. Support rollout of updates or process changes across both regions.
5. Factory & Supplier Coordination

Coordinate with the UK factory on production planning, dispatch schedules, and product traceability. Track factory-to-site deliveries in both UK and Dubai. Monitor supplier reliability, delivery performance, and cost fluctuations. Work with Finance to reconcile procurement data and resolve discrepancies.
6. General Operations Support

Assist in compliance documentation, EHO tracking, and internal audits. Support Area Managers and Head Chefs with operational resources or issue resolutions. Ensure all updates are recorded in Asana and reported at weekly functional meetings.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
