Hiring: Operations Manager - Fire Systems (Installation & Maintenance)



Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for safety and operational excellence? We are looking for an

Operations Manager

to take the reins of our project delivery and maintenance services in the UAE.

In this role, you are the bridge between a signed contract and a satisfied client. Once our sales team closes a deal, you own the lifecycle of the project--ensuring every fire system is installed to code, every maintenance visit is seamless, and our technical teams are performing at their peak.

The Role at a Glance



As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of fire system installations, rectification, fitout and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). You will manage our technical workforce, optimize resource allocation, and ensure that our safety standards are never compromised.

Beyond core operations, you will play a strategic role in

AMC Sales growth

, identifying opportunities within our existing client base to expand our service footprint.

Key Responsibilities



Post-Sales Execution:

Lead the transition from sales to operations, managing project timelines, budgets, and technical staffing.

Field Team Leadership:

Supervise, mentor, and schedule technicians and engineers to ensure high-quality installations and timely maintenance.

AMC Management:

Oversee the scheduling and execution of all maintenance contracts, ensuring 100% compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Codes.

Business Growth:

Drive "Inside Sales" by renewing existing AMCs and upselling additional services or system upgrades to current clients.

Quality & Safety:

Ensure all worksites adhere to strict HSE protocols and meet Civil Defense certification standards.

Resource Management:

Coordinate equipment procurement and manage inventory levels to ensure zero downtime on projects.

Mandatory Requirements



Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:

Education:

A relevant

Engineering Degree

(Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Engineering) from a recognized university, completion of a

professional course

is mandatory.

Industry Experience:

Minimum 8+ years of direct experience in the Fire Systems (Fire Alarm/Fire Fighting) industry.

Driving License:

A valid

UAE Driving License

.

Preferred Qualifications



Certifications:

Industry-specific certifications (e.g.,

NFPA

,

UAE Civil Defence Approved Engineer Card

, or

NEBOSH

) will be considered a significant advantage.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of fire alarm systems, sprinklers, and suppression systems.

Commercial Acumen:

Ability to negotiate contracts and a "sales-mindset" for growing the AMC portfolio.
