Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Oversee

day-to-day operations

to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning Develop and implement

operational policies, SOPs, and process improvements

Manage

staff planning, performance, and productivity

Coordinate with

sales, finance, procurement, and logistics teams , shipment clearance.

Monitor

budgets, cost control, and operational KPIs

Ensure compliance with

UAE labor laws, HSE standards, and company policies

Handle

vendor management, contracts, and negotiations

Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies Prepare

operational reports

for senior management Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience

in an Operations Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of

UAE business practices, regulations, and labor laws

Proven experience in

process optimization and team management

Excellent

communication and leadership skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in

MS Office / ERP systems

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

OPERATIONS MANAGER: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 04/01/2026
