Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role requires a strong hospitality background in the UAE and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering). Ensure smooth and efficient guest experiences aligned with brand standards. Monitor operational performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Lead, train, and motivate departmental teams to achieve service excellence and operational goals. Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute operational policies and procedures. Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. Assist in preparing operational reports and analysis for management review. Support the General Manager in business planning, revenue enhancement, and staff development.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum

5 years of UAE hospitality experience

in a similar or supervisory operational role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)

- mandatory. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results. Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) preferred.
