Requirements:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field (MBA preferred).
