Operational Manager with Medical & Marketing Expertise

Located at Clinic in Sharjah

Job Summary:

As the

Operational Manager

, you will oversee and coordinate daily clinic operations while driving marketing efforts to enhance our clinic's visibility and growth. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth patient services, optimizing internal processes, and integrating your medical knowledge with marketing strategies to attract new patients and expand our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of patient care.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead staff, ensuring effective communication, training, and a positive work environment.

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement marketing plans to increase patient outreach and clinic visibility in Sharjah.

Patient Services:

Ensure excellent patient service, from appointment scheduling to follow-up, promoting patient satisfaction.

Financial Oversight:

Monitor clinic budgets, expenses, and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Quality Control:

Work closely with medical and administrative teams to maintain compliance with health regulations and standards.

Collaboration:

Liaise with healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure the clinic's success and growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare management, business, marketing, or a related field. At least

3-5 years of experience

in operational management, ideally within a medical or healthcare setting. Proven experience in

medical and marketing roles

with a strong understanding of healthcare processes and digital marketing strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Fluency in English

is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Familiarity with the healthcare industry in the UAE is a plus.
