We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with 5-6 years of experience in sales, trading, or hardware operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and proven experience managing a team of 20-30 staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across sales team
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational and sales targets.
Implement efficient processes and ensure smooth workflow within the department.
Coordinate with other departments to support business objectives.
Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Requirements:
5-6 years of operations management experience in sales, trading, or hardware.
Proven experience managing a team of 20-30 staff.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates proficient in Gujarati will be given highest priority.
UAE experience preferred.
