Key Responsibilities: * Organizational Design and Restructuring:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of organizational design initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of existing structures.
• Policy Implementation:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Ensure effective communication and training programs for policy rollouts.
• Operational Excellence:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined processes.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• HR Consultancy Expertise:

• Leverage your HR background in consultancy to provide strategic guidance on HR matters.
• Offer insights and solutions based on best practices and industry standards.
• Location Management:

• This role is based between Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai, UAE, with flexibility for the candidate to choose their primary location.
• Leadership and Team Development:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align operational strategies accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Operations Management, with a strong focus on HR consultancy.
• Proven track record in organizational design, restructuring, and policy implementation.
• Experience in a top management consultancy firm, preferably one of the top 4.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work seamlessly in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
