We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of a new heavy equipment rental company, specializing in cranes, based in Dammam. The company will serve major clients such as Aramco and leading industrial contractors in the Eastern Province. Key Responsibilities: . Lead the full setup and operational launch of the crane rental business. . Develop strong client relationships and build a commercial pipeline. . Oversee equipment procurement, contracts, logistics, and field operations. . Manage technical and administrative teams. . Monitor financial and operational performance, driving results and efficiency. Requirements: . Minimum 5 years of experience in the crane or heavy equipment rental industry. . Strong network within the Eastern Province, especially with Aramco or major contractors. . Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making ability. .
