Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated

Operations Manager

to lead the day-to-day operations of our property management and maintenance business. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee rental activities, ensure smooth building maintenance operations, and actively drive business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Chairman and senior management and must be willing to travel across sites as required.

This is a

standalone role

that blends operations and business development - perfect for someone ready to take ownership and build from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage operations related to

residential rental units

Supervise property maintenance teams and ensure timely resolution of service issues Monitor tenancy lifecycle, including new leases, renewals, and terminations Serve as the key point of contact for tenants, contractors, and vendors Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards Take full ownership of

business development

, including identifying new property management opportunities and pitching services to property owners and landlords Prepare and present operational reports to senior management and suggest improvements Work directly with the Chairman to align operational goals with business objectives Travel to various sites and properties across the UAE for operational oversight and business acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in property management, operations, or facilities management Proven experience in handling rental operations and building maintenance Strong business development acumen with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Comfortable working independently and directly with top-level management

Willingness to travel frequently

to properties across the UAE UAE experience and valid UAE driving license are a must Fluency in English & Russian.
