Charterhouse is working with an established independent premium all day dining concept. Due to extensive expansion plans, they are looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee their new flagship location and future locations. This location in Dubai will be the place to go, warm and inviting, a place to enjoy a meal with friends or family, or linger the afternoon away over high quality coffee and bites in the lounge.

About the role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the full location, both FOH and BOH, supported by a Head Chef who will oversee all things culinary as well as a Restaurant Manager and Supervisors. You will work closely with the owners to launch the flagship and constantly continue to develop the business. The Operations Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations, liaise with suppliers, support on promotions and events, p&l, budgeting, forecasting, the overall development and growth of the brand.

About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate should be an experienced Operations Manager, having managed a portfolio of premium independent locations. Experience in overall operations and the business side of things is essential for this role including liaising with suppliers, hiring, p&l, cost control, budgeting and forecasting.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can successfully balance the business side of things while also working to develop and grow the business, someone who supports and empowers the team to excel. Multi-site experience is essential for this role and QSR will not be considered. Our client has a preference for Middle East experience and Arabic speaking being advantageous not essential. Strong leadership and English communication skills are essential for this role, for managing a diverse team.
