Operations ManagerShould hold a valid degree from a recognized university in India / Abroad in Civil Engineering, Post Graduates are also welcomed to apply for this position. A minimum of 15 years of experience is mandate with reputed contracting firms (please ignore oil& gas, developers, builders, PMC exposure), if the candidate is not having a straight 15 years, at least 5 years of recent exposure as a main contractor is mandate) Candidate should have handled a senior position or similar position prior Well versed with all aspects of construction activities (commercial & residential projects) Excellent communication skills (Oral & Writing) Ability to lead a team of qualified engineering and mentoring them. Should hold strong hands on project control and cost control mechanism Self-driven approach is a necessity Computer proficiency is a mandate Age Limit: 45 years (please ignore those candidates are above this age group) Notice period: we prefer candidates who can join us immediately Salary range – 1800 OMR. + Transportation + Family visa + 30 days paid leave + Air fare + Medical & Insurance as per the norms Geographical limitations: Bihar / Patna / UP / Orrisa – avoid candidates from this region as communication skills are not up to the expected level.Will be responsible for all the operational activity in construction site
