Operations Manager Offshore Assets (m17827)
Job Description
Ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of floating production and storage vessels in international regions, with full accountability for technical management and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of vessel operations, maintenance systems, and regulatory compliance for classified assets.
Serve as primary client liaison and internal coordinator between technical teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Oversee operating budgets, major projects (e.g., dry-docking), and critical equipment management.
Conduct offshore inspections and audits to ensure asset integrity and operational safety.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Holds a Mechanical Engineering diploma/degree and 10+ years of offshore unit management experience.
Possesses 5+ years in senior offshore leadership roles, with client-facing and international operation experience.
Demonstrates strong decision-making capabilities within established operational frameworks.
